In October 2025, a dream we carried for a long time became real.
After eight months of building this place ourselves — with dusty hands,
long days, and a lot of heart in every detail – our 4 horses arrived.
And with them, everything started to feel different.
What used to be just land suddenly had a heartbeat.
We were creating a space that values calm, connection and quality of
life — for us, for our animals, and for everyone who steps into it.
Four Pretty Souls, each with their own personality, energy and story.
Odyn
8- year old Lusitano Cruzado gelding.
With us for over four years and deeply part of
our family. A gentle character who thrives with
patience, trust and a little extra care.
Qatar
6-year-old Luso-Arab gelding. With us since
October 2026. He makes us laugh every single
day with his playful character. And when he lies
down — get ready — his loud snorts make sure
the quiet never lasts long.
Vistosa & Vegas
Our youngsters, born in 2025, enjoying their
early years, growing up side by side. Always
happy for cuddles and a bit of grass from our
guests.
WHAT DO WE OFFER
Our horses are currently private and not part of a riding program.
They are still in training, and we give them the time, patience and
care they need to grow.
That means we don’t offer classic rides for guests.
But the connection is still there.
You’re more than welcome to spend time with them, to be close, to
observe, to feel their presence.
Sometimes you’ll catch parts of their training.
Sometimes it’s just quiet moments in the field.
There’s also space to exchange thoughts, stories and experiences
around horses — to connect with others who feel the same.

Join our special weeks
A few times a year, we will open the doors a little wider. We’re working on special weeks for those who feel connected to both — horses and the ocean. These experiences will be about more than riding. You’ll get to step into the world of Lusitanos, learn about their nature, their history, their way of moving. Workshops around body language and communication. Visits to selected Portuguese breeders. Time in the saddle — but also time on the surf board.
All woven into the rhythm of surf, land and slow living. These packages are currently in the making. Once they’re ready, we’ll share everything on Instagram.

Surfing & Riding
For us, surfing and riding belong together. One is shaped by the energy of the ocean, the other by the quiet presence of a horse. Different in nature, yet both require awareness, feeling and connection — and that’s exactly what links them. Here at Cliff, you get to experience both.
The work with our Horses
We love heading out into nature, taking them beyond the ranch and enjoying long rides along the cliffs. At the same time, the work at home is just as important. In the arena, through dressage and ground- and libertywork, we build the foundation — strength, balance and communication. Not only for performance, but for their wellbeing, to keep our horses strong and happy for many years to come.
