Cancellation Policy
At CLIFF SURF HOUSE, we are owner-operated – not part of a big hotel chain. That means every single guest matters to us, and each booking directly impacts how we plan our weeks, team schedules, surf groups, and meals.
To create a great experience for everyone, we rely on a certain level of planning security. Last-minute changes make it difficult to fill empty spots and keep things running smoothly. That’s why we’ve put the following cancellation policy in place – fair for both sides and clearly structured.

Cancellation 61 days or more before your arrival
Example: Your check-in date is August 20 → You cancel on or before June 20
✔️ You can rebook your stay free of charge or
✔️ Receive a voucher for the full amount you already paid (valid for 1 year after the original booking date)
Cancellation 15–60 days before your arrival
Example: Your check-in date is August 20 → You cancel between June 21 and August 5
🔸 We keep 50% of your deposit as a cancellation fee
🔸 The remaining 50% will be converted into a voucher (valid for 1 year after the original booking date)
Cancellation 0–14 days before your arrival
Example: Your check-in date is August 20 → You cancel on or after August 6
❌ We keep 100% of your deposit
❌ No refund or voucher will be issued
Unforeseen Events
CLIFF SURF HOUSE does not offer refunds in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, extreme weather, terrorism, and similar, although we will do our best to find a fair solution. The risk remains with the person making the booking, and we strongly recommend travel insurance that covers such situations.
If We Have to Cancel
CLIFF SURF HOUSE reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time without explanation. In this case, we will refund 100% of the deposit payment.
